PRE-SEASON STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, SPEED & AGILITY PROGRAM
The Pre-Season Strength, Conditioning, Speed & Agility Program comprises of 1 training sessions per week for 9 weeks aimed at preparing players for their season ahead, whether it be rugby, AFL, soccer, hockey, etc.
All players will participate in pre-testing and post testing, taking place in the first and last sessions of the program.
There would need a minimum number of participants for the program to take place.
Please Note: Participants will need to commit for the full 9 week program.
