PRE-SEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
The Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility & Skills Program comprises of 10 sessions of training aimed at preparing players for their season ahead.
All players will participate in pre-testing and post testing, taking place in the first and last sessions of the program.
There would need a minimum number of participants for the program to take place.
Please Note: Participants will need to commit for the full 10 week program.
